I love how rules generally come about as a result of something that happened. In July I stayed at an AirBnB in San Diego that had an enormous list of rules. The host said she started out with a very simple rule: treat this house like you're a guest staying here. She did say she had a story for every rule added to the enormous list. She was also a great host.
