Hee. Hadn't met that one before, and it's a hilarious video. I'm not sure it counts, as the male speaker's claim is clearly undercut and denied by the woman.
It's kind of tangential, but how about the Byrds, "My Back Pages" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=niaYHzGwPu0&feature=fvst)? Thinking of "But I was so much older then; I'm younger than that now."
I don't know if this counts as a friend or not, but there's "Time" by Tom Waits, which I know only in the Tori Amos cover. (A very different version, I know just from knowing Tom Waits's voice, but the lyrics are all the same AFAIK.)
Half of the songs on Dar Williams' The Beauty of the Rain at least somewhat fit. "The Mercy of the Fallen," "I Saw A Bird Fly Away," "Farewell To The Old Me," "The One Who Knows," and "Closer To Me" all spring to mind. Same with The Green World: "After All" and "Spring Street" and possibly "We Learned The Sea," at least.
Edit: these are mostly somewhat figurative. If you want actual references to the word "time," I'll have to double-check lyrics.
"Closer to Me" definitely fits -- I'm not sure about the others from BotR, but that does. Well, "The One Who Knows" is close. It's been a couple weeks since I listened to GW, tho', so I'll have to think about those.
Oh, and "Time" looks like it definitely fits, despite the ambiguities.
