Working, exposed
30 November 2006 07:33 amI'm starting to settle into the new commute. The walk is about three minutes longer than before, and nearly as pleasant -- there may be no path along a wash, but at least I cross a wash, after cutting across a pocket park. The route is, however, much more constrained -- unless I'm willing to follow a busy boulevard, there's pretty much exactly one way to go, as opposed to the 24 branching paths to the old offices. The bike ride is somewhat longer heading in, but because of the vagaries of traffic signage, twice as long coming back. Which is more an amusement than a problem.
Working in a cubical is freaking me out, though.
