Three triads:
  1. Articles about works of fanfiction included in the Wikipedia category fan fiction:
  2. Webcomics I check daily:
  3. Valid reasons for drawing a bunny-eared boy/girl in your manga:
    • If you're riffing Alice in Wonderland and he/she is the White Rabbit character.
    • If your character shapeshifts into a rabbit and you're drawing his/her chibi form.
    • There is no other reason excuse.

ETA: Okay, being Terri Windling is a valid reason. But otherwise, there aren't any more.

Dante's Inferno = Bible fanfic (it's like the Bible version of those Star Wars Essential Guide to Droids/Vehicles/Technology/Scoring Hot Twi'Lek Chicks/etc. books).

And Bleedman is scary, if not outright creepy.

That sounds about right.

(I had a feeling I wasn't phrasing it right.)

On a bizarre note...:

WTF is Where's Waldo doing on there? Unless there's some other work by the name of Where's Waldo, I'm guessing they mean the book with the elusive bloke in the red-and-white snowhat.

Ah, Kid Dynamo is a favorite of mine as is Bleedman's PPG comic.

Hey, it's just the best damned New Mutants fanfic ever written (and not just because it neatly sidesteps the inanity of Cypher's pointless death). It's funny, it's clever, it's exciting, and it feels like it could be a regular comic story (while expanding the story further than a normal comic is able to accomidate.) I like to imagine I can write sometimes, but you can write circles around my little tales.

If you are Terri Windling.

Windling + Graphic Narrative = Much Coolness

And if anyone out there in comics-land happens to come across this and wants to know if there would be any buyers.
