News story of the day: wombat throws two men 20 feet into a tree. The headline calls it a "freak wombat accident," but we know better. Wombats do everything aforethought.

I'm still dragging my feet on final revisions to Kiss the Girls, so for procrastination I've been switching between revising "Atalanta's Races" and the early chapters of an adult romantic fantasy that caught Fred's fancy. Heroine's good -- writing a feudal lord with anger management issues is more fun than I expected -- but I'm still trying to catch the hero's voice. Well, his personality, really. Himself.
