Not "foods", "peanuts". There is at least one sheep in Scotland that's black on at least one side, and extrapolating where it comes to allergies is not a safe idea. For instance, everyone I know that has a tree nut allergy got plenty of tree nut residue exposure as an infant.

The skateboarder kept assuming a position that made me think of speed skiiers. I wonder if that's common for thrill skateboarders. I wish I could ask my brothers--they used to do exactly that sort of thing.

I had heard the peanuts story earlier--it sounds like a good explanation of why we suddenly saw an increase in allergies.

The skateboarding video! Wow! I put it on full screen and imagined I was doing it (WHICH I NEVER COULD, LIKE EVEN IF I HAD MY LIFE TO LIVE OVER AND TRAINED)--hair-raising! The way he takes those hairpin turns! I liked his default stance, too.
