The Book of Miso (1973), by William Shurtleff and Akiko Aoyagi, includes a suggestion for a Mexican miso brand name: “Super Miso”; the advertising slogan would be “con Super Miso” (homonymic with “con su permiso”—with your permission.)

(And I can even imagine a product mascot: Super Miso would be a masked wrestler, a shared—and mutually influential—iconic trope in Japanese and Mexican culture. When not whooping ass in the ring, he’d be exquisitely polite—certainly a técnico (good guy who wins on technical skill, as distinct from a rudo—bad guy prone to cheating.)
