I'm surprised that the NK/SK lexicons are still considered as high as 70% shared, considering the lingering influences of Russian upon the one and the several waves of battering-ram influence of English upon the other. Nice piece, regardless.

I'm assuming that 70% comes from a lot of the base lexicon used day-to-day being old, old vocabulary.
