Once upon a time there was a world-traveling backpacker who made for friends a video letter of him dancing like a doofus in various places: Where the Hell is Matt? 2005.

A year later, he made a sequel with still more places, Where the Hell is Matt? 2006.

The third in the series has, instead, more people (plus lemurs): Where the Hell is Matt? 2008. This is the deservedly famous one I linked a while back.

He's just released epsiode four: Where the Hell is Matt? 2012.

Can anyone explain the context of the (second) Pyongyang clip? My guess would be a wedding, but my knowledge of Korean culture is not as strong as it really ought to be.
