I gotta say, I'm impressed in Journey to the West by the author's ingenuity in not repeating his episodes, even when elements are similar enough to fake you out, and at picking up the consequences of events a thousand pages ago -- some of them even done by playing fair with the audience. But that's not what this post is about.
At
oracne's request, a mix for you: Drifted. So called because it was initially built by free-associating successive songs, starting with the ocean and returning there. I say initially, because the result was way over an 80-minute CD and in trimming it down I had to adjust the order of a couple tracks. Please comment if you download (while the link lasts).
