Nothing with the exact blend, but here's three that have those five elements in slightly different ratios: Sakurahime Kaden, Kaze Hikaru, and Niji-Iro Togarashi. All are historical (vaguely Heian era, just-pre-Meiji Restoration, and AU just-pre-Meiji, respectively), all have humor and romance and varying amounts of melodrama, but only the last has actual shinobi -- the first two replacing them with a magical girl and samurai respectively. Kaze's history is not pseudo- but reasonably solid, and Niji-Iro's humor is dooftastic amid the serious nature of the larger story.
