I'd count several of Stallings's mythological poems as fantasy. Of course, I want to because then I get to count my mythological poems as fantasy, but even aside from that. (Just realized, the one I'm finishing has nothing overtly fantastic aside that which is conventional to sex farce. Huh. Well, there's a covertly fantastic moment, but it's a stretch.)
I've found Eratosphere at least to be receptive to genre poetry, though individual critiquers seem to deal better with the fantastic than the skiffy.
