Important addendum

I have been Firmly Informed that part of yesterday's post is Wrong. The name of the sushi stuffie is pronounced SOO-see, not SOO-zee.

I have not attempted to establish the correct spelling. (Spelling is, in general, still a moving target for Eaglet.)

Further updates will be issued as the situation warrants.
