Good instincts! Our component had been veeeery carefully placed back into the box and re-sealed to look like it hadn't been opened so when it was returned neither us nor the salesperson helping us noticed. That was...annoying. XD

Surprisingly we didn't have to replace the motherboard for a few years, until I wanted upgrades!
