We recently drove past an intersection with crowds of people waving signs at all four corners, and Eaglet said enthusiastically, "A march!" -- for they have been in protests since the Women's March of 2017 (where they carried the sign DON'T BE MEAN) and knows one when they see one. When we read the signs, though, and realized it was an anti-vax protest, they said much more subdued, "Oh," followed a few seconds later with, "That's their right," said with the intonation of a perfect Southern isn't that special burn.
